A trivia video lives or dies on pacing. The question needs long enough on screen to read, the countdown has to feel like pressure without dragging, and the answer should land before the viewer’s thumb starts moving. YAQUIZO gives you direct control over all three: intro, answer time and reveal are separate sliders, so you can tune a five-second round for Shorts or a slower twelve-second round for a classroom screen.
You can paste a list of questions straight from a document, spreadsheet or notes app. YAQUIZO reads the usual formats — a question line, options as “A) …”, then “Answer: B” — and turns them into scenes automatically. From there, pick a template and the whole video takes on its typography, colours, timer style and transitions at once.
Export is MP4, WEBM or GIF, encoded on your own machine. There is no upload step, no render queue and no watermark on the result.
Tips that actually help
-
Keep rounds to 5–7 seconds
On Shorts and TikTok, a countdown longer than about seven seconds loses people. If a question genuinely needs more thinking time, cut the option count from four to three instead of extending the timer.
-
Put the hardest question third
Opening with something most people get right builds momentum, and viewers who answer the first two correctly are far more likely to stay for the rest.
-
Put the hook in the question
A question people think they know but get wrong is what turns a guessing game into something they share. Aim for confident wrong answers, not obscure ones.
Frequently asked questions
How long should a trivia video be? +
For short-form platforms, five to eight questions at roughly seven seconds each lands between 35 and 60 seconds, which suits Shorts, Reels and TikTok well. YAQUIZO shows the total length live as you adjust the timing.
Can I add my own background music? +
Yes. Upload any audio file you have the rights to use and it is mixed into the exported video, with an automatic fade at the end. The file stays on your device.
Is there a watermark on the exported video? +
No. Exports are clean regardless of format, quality or length, and no account is required.
